The hotel is located in a really good location, right next to the Opera House, making it convenient to visit the most attractions. The room is beautifully decorated and cozy, with amenities such as slippers and excellent air conditioning. The staff is extremely helpful and kind, going above and beyond to assist guests. The breakfast is delicious and there is a small canal nearby where guests can enjoy the serenade of gondoliers.

The bathroom is a bit cramped, but still manageable.

This unique boutique hotel is in a really good location, easy to walk to from the waterbus, and is in an upscale area. The hotel is situated on a quiet canal just minutes from some of the major sites. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, with beautiful views of the canals. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing exceptional service throughout our stay. The breakfast served on the second floor had a wide variety of options to start the day off right.

Although the hotel lacks a lift, the friendly staff is always on hand to assist with luggage when needed.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location was ideal for exploring all areas of Venice, as it was in a quiet area but still close to the Opera House and a water taxi stop. The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay special. They even surprised us with a complimentary package for our anniversary, which included Prosecco, rose petals, and candles. The room itself was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we needed, including a cozy terrace and the ability to control all electronics from the bed. The hotel also offered a range of services, such as room service, housekeeping, and airport shuttle, making our stay even more convenient. We would highly recommend this place to everyone!

The breakfast was fresh and delicious, serving various options of food and drinks. the location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk away from all the key attractions in the city. the staff was friendly and always available to assist us with any requests. The air conditioner in the room was quite loud and started dripping throughout the night, which woke us up a few times. This was a minor inconvenience during our stay.

The service was top-notch, from the room service to the housekeeping staff. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The amenities in the room were excellent, including the ironing facilities, mini-bar, and in-room safe. We also had a lovely terrace where we could relax and enjoy the view. The free toiletries provided were a nice touch, and we appreciated having a washing machine and electric kettle at our disposal. The flat-screen TV and comfortable sitting area added to our overall enjoyment. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. The staff at the receptionist were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. The hotel also provided convenient services like airport shuttle and tours/ticket assistance. we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

I had the most amazing stay at Ad Place Venice. The location was perfect, just minutes away from St. Mark's Square. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated with a charming old-world feel. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to help. My room was small but cozy, with lovely wallpaper. The breakfast spread was good, although I wish there were some hot options. The hotel also had another bathroom available when there was an issue with mine. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
